Alviera, Porac: The Ultimate Outdoor Guide
Discover the mix of modern adventure and natural mountain views in the heart of Pampanga.
Adventure and Peace in One Place
Alviera is a large-scale development in the town of Porac that serves as a modern entry point to the beautiful and rugged landscape of the province. Far from being just a real estate project, it has become a favorite destination for tourists who want a mix of high-adrenaline outdoor activities and the quiet charm of Central Luzon’s mountain ranges. Porac itself is famous for its wide-open spaces and the unique lahar formations created by the Mt. Pinatubo eruption.
SandBox Adventure Park
The heart of tourism in Alviera—a two-hectare park designed for family fun and serious adrenaline seekers.
What to Experience:
- 🎢 Avatar One: Asia’s first roller-coaster zipline. It zig-zags through a 180-meter course, giving you a technical rush instead of just a straight ride.
- ⚖️ Giant Swing: The tallest giant swing in the Philippines. It drops you from a high point, swinging you back and forth 10 meters above the ground.
- 🧗 Aerial Walk: A high-rope course with nets and wooden logs that will test your balance and focus.
- 🗼 Adventure Tower: A 15-meter monolith for wall climbing, rappelling, and a 40-foot "free fall" jump.
- 🏎️ ATV & UTV Rides: Rent these off-road vehicles to explore the rough, sandy riverbeds and trails around the estate.
