Our Beginnings
Porac is the largest municipality in Pampanga, founded in 1594. Its history is tied to the rugged terrains of the Zambales mountain range. While it was once a quiet town focused on sugar and quarrying, the 1991 eruption of Mt. Pinatubo changed its landscape forever, turning its vast riverbeds into a unique lahar-filled wilderness that has now become its biggest draw.
From the ashes of the eruption, Porac reinvented itself. It is now home to Alviera, a massive estate development that combines high-end residential living with world-class outdoor parks, signaling a new era of luxury and adventure for the northern province.
